Chapter 35

I took last Sunday off for a very good reason: I was celebrating my 35th birthday.

I brought in this new chapter at the W Philadelphia surrounded by some of my favorite people, with a playful polka-dot theme that everyone fully embraced. The room was filled with love, laughter and, of course, plenty of dots. Everyone genuinely enjoyed themselves, and the evening reminded me just how fortunate I am to have so many amazing people in my corner.

Thirty-five feels like a milestone—not because I suddenly have everything figured out, but because I feel more grounded in who I am, clearer about what I want and deeply appreciative of the life and community I’ve built around me.

Now, the birthday celebrations are officially over, and I’m back feeling focused, refreshed and ready for what’s next. Fall has always carried a sense of new beginnings, and I’m especially excited to take on the fall real estate market, return to my routines and continue building everything I’ve been envisioning for Morgan & the City.

Chapter 35 is already off to a beautiful start. Now it’s time to get to work.

Until Next Sunday,

Morgan
